Due to Health and Safety regulations we cannot offer any returns or refunds on Masks and Bonnets after sale.

All returned items should be sent back in their original condition (no stains, marks, odours) and packaging including tags and/or original box. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you and you will not receive a refund.

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund.

If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can’t return it to us for some reason, please get in touch – but any refund will be at our discretion.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Postage is paid for by customer.

It can take up to 10 working days for your order to reach the warehouse. We’ll send you an email once your return has been processed.

Keep hold of your proof of postage – we may need to see it at a later date.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
